For the couple seeking direction and recommendations for their primary event professionals and facilities but whom plan and confirm these details themselves.

- Unlimited email and telephone conversations prior to event
- Personalized, detailed timeline of entire wedding day (copies distributed to all appropriate wedding professionals the day of the event)
- Etiquette advice and guidelines
- Recommendations and referrals for the following (but not limited to): ceremony and reception site, caterer, florist, ceremony musicians, photographers, videographers, DJ, save the date cards, invitations, site to site transportation, and post reception services
- Confirmations and joint meets with all other wedding professionals prior to wedding day
- Review and advisement of quotes in order to minimize costs and ensure adherence to the event budget

Our packages vary depending on the complexity of your wedding. For this reason ELEGANCE prefers not to quote an event via email or telephone. We use the free consultation to learn more about your wedding and to see how much or how little assistance is needed, we then develop a proposal based on our first consultation, outlining all services and fees for you event by ELEGANCE.
